Answer:
Yes. You can select and redeem the selected mobile content if you have
sufficient bananas balance in your account.

How do I check my bananas balance?
Answer:
To check your bananas balance:
Log in to Pulse.Cikimunki (http://pulse.cikimunki.com):
Register your username and password at the Pulse.Cikimunki website. Each time
you login, you will be able to view your latest updated bananas balance.
Question:
User download content & Send as Gift but did not receive any replies.
Answer:
a. This might happen if the user’s request did not arrived the server.
b. User does not have sufficient bananas in their account.
c. User’s hand phone does not support GPRS or GPRS not activated.

Is there a limit to the number of mobile content redeemable each day?
Answer:
No. You can redeem the selected mobile content if you have sufficient bananas
balance in your account.
Question:
How much are users charged to use this service?
Answer:
Users are not required to pay for download content/ Send as gift. But there are
normal charges by Telco such as the charge for GPRS when downloading mobile
content.
